after the recital, we headed to georgia for the week since it was spring break and caroline didn't have school. we celebrated birthdays, easter and squeezed in our visit to the dentist :) yea, still no cavities for caroline!! papa came with us for old time's sake and checked our teeth :) we really have to get our sweet girl to stop sucking her thumb...think we'll tackle that after school gets out!

john ran the 10k cooper river bridge run the morning of caroline's ballet recital. he's wanted to do it since we moved to charleston. it's a huge race that starts on the mt.pleasant side of the bridge and ends downtown. he did great!! that night, we enjoyed caroline's second ballet recital. she was so cute in her costumes and loves everything about it...still didn't know the moves and was constantly watching the girl next to her, but who cares. she smiled like crazy and had a blast on stage! the grandparents made her feel like a star by being there!!

**there are a million recital pics, just a warning :)
