this is called the death grip...it's a wonder she didn't rip his ear off!! i stepped in and rescued the boy :)

we had so much fun on halloween this year!! caroline was out of school on friday so we enjoyed the day together making cookies, getting their costumes ready and hanging out. i LOVE the days she doesn't have school and i get her all to myself. we headed to our neighbor's house first to eat and hang out. unfortunately, i didn't take any pics there :( after that, we went to trick or treat with some other friends and had a blast. it was cold (by charleston's standards) and the kids were chilled and tired after about an hour, which was fine with all the parents. we ate some candy, came home and crashed. unfortunately, caroline woke up in the middle of the night with a fever, but is doing a little better now. halloween wears a girl out!!! our little ladybug and bumblebee had so much fun!

**thank you mom for caroline's ladybug costume...she was supposed to wear it last year, but it was too big. it fit perfectly this year!!!
